How do I create an invoice?

Navigate to the Invoices page and click the "Add" button. Fill in the customer details, add line items from your services, and click "Create Invoice".

How do I share a proposal with a client?

On the Proposals page, click the "Share" link next to any proposal. This will generate a secure link and password that you can share with your client.

Can I customize invoice numbers?

Yes! When creating a new invoice or proposal, you can specify a custom 3-digit number or leave it blank to auto-generate the next available number.

How do I track payments?

Go to the Payments page to view all payments. You can add new payments and link them to specific invoices. The system automatically updates invoice statuses based on payments received.

What's the difference between a proposal and a proforma invoice?

Both are similar documents. A proposal is typically used for project quotes, while a proforma invoice is a preliminary bill of sale sent before goods or services are delivered. You can choose the document type when creating a new proposal.
